街の隅々まで、誠実に向き合う。それがWonderWalkの変わらない姿勢です。ユーザーの個人情報についても、同じ誠実さで向き合います。本ポリシーは、WonderWalk（以下「当社」といいます）が運営するブログメディアおよび関連サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）における個人情報の取扱い方針を定めるものです。当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律をはじめとする関係法令を遵守し、ユーザーの情報を適切に管理・保護します。

第1条個人情報

本ポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法に定める個人情報をいい、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別符号を含みます）を指します。

第2条情報の収集方法

本サービスは会員登録を必要としない読み物メディアです。通常の閲覧においてクレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号、運転免許証番号などの機微な個人情報を収集することはありません。当社が取得する情報は、次のとおりです。

お問い合わせを通じてご提供いただく情報

当社所定のお問い合わせフォームを通じてご連絡いただく際に、氏名・メールアドレスその他の連絡先情報をご提供いただく場合があります。いただいた情報は、お問い合わせへの対応のみに使用します。

自動的に収集される情報（Cookie等）

第5条個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、ユーザーの信頼を損なうような形での情報共有は行いません。次に掲げる場合を除き、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合はこの限りではありません。

  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき

広告配信およびアフィリエイトプログラムについて

本サービスは、第三者配信の広告サービスおよびアフィリエイトプログラムを利用しています。これらの事業者は、ユーザーの関心に応じた広告を表示するため、本サイトおよび他サイトへのアクセスに関する情報（Cookie等）を使用することがあります。取得される情報により個人が特定されることはなく、ユーザーはブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にすることができます。

第6条個人情報の開示

本人から個人情報の開示を求められたときは、速やかにこれを開示します。ただし、開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部または一部を開示しないことがあります。開示しない決定をした場合には、その旨を遅滞なくお知らせします。

なお、履歴情報および特性情報（Cookieやログ情報等）など、個人情報に該当しない情報については、原則として開示いたしません。

第7条個人情報の訂正および削除

  • ユーザーは、当社の保有する自己の個人情報（お問い合わせ時に提供された情報等）が誤っている場合には、当社所定の手続きにより、個人情報の訂正、追加または削除（以下「訂正等」といいます）を請求することができます。
  • 当社は、ユーザーから前項の請求を受けて、その請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく当該個人情報の訂正等を行います。

第8条個人情報の利用停止等

本人から、個人情報が利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由、または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により、利用の停止または消去（以下「利用停止等」といいます）を求められた場合には、速やかに必要な調査を行います。

調査の結果、請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく当該個人情報の利用停止等を行います。

第9条プライバシーポリシーの変更

  • 当社が別途定める場合を除き、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
  • 本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めがある事項を除き、ユーザーに通知することなく変更できるものとします。

The Service is a reading-focused media platform that requires no membership registration. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or driver’s license numbers during normal use. The information we collect is limited to the following.

  • When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining consent is difficult.
  • When cooperation with a national agency, local government, or a party entrusted by them is required to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining consent risks impeding those duties.

Advertising and Affiliate Programs

The Service uses third-party advertising services and affiliate programs. These partners may use information about visits to this and other sites — including Cookies — to display relevant products and services. This does not identify individuals. Users may disable Cookies through their browser settings.

Article 6Disclosure of Personal Information

When you request disclosure of your personal information, we will respond promptly. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, all or part of it may be withheld. In such cases, we will notify you without delay.

Article 7Correction and Deletion

  • If the personal information held by the Company about a user is incorrect, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction”) in accordance with the procedures designated by the Company.
  • Upon receiving such a request and determining that it is necessary to comply, the Company will carry out the Correction without delay.

Article 8Suspension of Use

If you request suspension or deletion of your personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose, or that it was acquired by improper means, we will conduct the necessary investigation promptly.

If we determine that it is necessary to comply, we will carry out the Suspension of Use without delay.

Article 9Changes to this Policy

  • Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy takes effect when posted on this website.
  • The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise provided by laws and regulations or by this Policy.
